History

Jaimie Cairns has been practicing exclusively in family law since 2008. She founded her first firm - Cairns & Rabiola, LLP - in 2013. Cairns Law LLC started in 2018. The firm has represented clients in all types of family law cases, including divorce, guardianships, paternity cases, adoptions, and appeals, and at all levels of Indiana courts. We pride ourselves on ensuring that we help clients make decisions that are both cost-effective and long-term focused. We practice primarily in central Indiana, including Marion, Hamilton, Boone, Hendricks, Hancock, and Johnson counties.

Jaimie Cairns

From working at Baker & Daniels to opening her own practice in 2013, Jaimie has exclusively represented family law clients for over 10 years. She has represented clients at all levels of Indiana trial courts, including successfully arguing in front of the Indiana Supreme Court. Jaimie enjoys being a family law attorney because she is passionate about finding creative solutions for difficult problems and helping people even when they are at their worst. She grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana, has spent most of her life as a proud Hoosier, and resides with her husband, two children, and dog in Fishers.

Jane E. Q. Glynn

As an experienced family law attorney, Jane assists individuals with a wide range of matters, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, custody and/or parenting time, post-dissolution modifications (including child support, education expenses, and emancipation), paternity, adoption, guardianship, third party custody, and grandparents’ rights. Her practice also includes collaborative law and Guardian ad Litem work, along with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related health/personal care planning.

 Jane’s mission as a family law attorney is to help people navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives with practical, reality-based strategies and advice. She is a born-and-bred Hoosier, having lived in various regions of Indiana most of her life. She resides in Indianapolis with her three dogs and loves spending time with her friends and family, listening to live music, singing, reading, and—most of all—laughing.

Kelsey Vance

Having always had a passion for helping families and children, Kelsey practices exclusively in the area of family law. She has guided numerous families through complicated and emotional family law issues pertaining to dissolution, custody and support modifications, parenting time, grandparent visitation, name changes, relocation and adoption. Kelsey is also a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator and emphasizes resolving family conflict without the need for potentially costly and emotionally devastating litigation. Kelsey resides in Indianapolis with her husband and four children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, running, coaching and travelling.

Ariel Dallafior

Ariel Dallafior joined Cairns Law, LLC in September 2013 as a Legal Assistant. She provides the attorneys in our Indianapolis family law firm with reliable assistance, and serves as a liaison between our clients and attorneys. Family law clients are often faced with highly emotional situations, and Ariel presents a calm, helpful, and supportive demeanor as she assists clients with their needs, both immediate and long-term.

In addition to her communication duties, Ariel is also relied upon by the attorneys for drafting necessary documents, scheduling appointments and court appearances, and keeping client files organized. Ariel also serves as the first point of contact for new clients who are interested in our services.

Ariel has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.
